This machine is equipped with four E.ECO blasting turbines, size 320, each with a power of 15 kW. The
machine also features frequency inverters, a magnetic separator, a blow-off system, and a vibratory conveyor
located beneath the blasting unit. It is designed for shot blasting 13 different products, each weighing 5 tons.

During the blasting process, a significant amount of abrasive material accumulates on the products, requiring
removal. Additionally, larger abrasive particles fall onto the conveyor. To manage this, a specialized sliding
chute is installed beneath the conveyor, which efficiently removes abrasive material from the transport belt.
Due to the substantial quantity of abrasive material, the machine is equipped with a magnetic separator. This
component extracts most of the abrasive from the system and directs it to a waste Big Bag via conveyors. The
machine also includes a loading ramp for transferring products onto the roller conveyor.
The entire machine is fully enclosed within a safety fences to ensure operational safety. A complete dedusting
system was also supplied with a filter, cyclone, Hepa filter and chimney from the room. The length of the
machinery is 20.5 m, width 20 m and height 7.5 m.
